How to order

 

  1. Place your order, (if you are ordering a 2 for 1 offer please just add one to the cart, I will gift the second with love)
  2. I will then send out an order form for you to fill out and a little ashes collection bag within 3 working days of your purchase. (unless you are using the 5% discount code and self-sending, scroll down for information) For breastmilk jewellery I shall send a breastmilk collection kit for you. 
  3. Please send the form and ashes royal mail special next day delivery as it is tracked and traced (I do not advise that you send ashes with a simple stamp or signed for as this is not tracked and I can not be accountable for missing ashes) For breastmilk this can be posted signed for unless it is all you have, in that case please send special delivery for me. 
  4. Once I receive the precious ashes/breastmilk/hair/fur I shall text confirmation of their safe arrival within 2 working days. 
  5. When your keepsake is made it will be sent out special delivery free of charge and a signature will be required. please note the products all have estimated processing times, this may be a week later or a week earlier depending on volume of orders I have as I am a lone worker and appreciate your understanding.

Self post and get a 5% discount 

For those who prefer to speed up the process by sending their precious ashes directly, you may certainly choose to do so and get 5% off your order. In this case, kindly use discount code - sk-self-posting when checking out, I will need a small quantity of ashes, approximately half a teaspoon, contained within a secure zip-lock bag, clearly marked with your corresponding order number. Please enclose a letter within the package, including your name, shipping address, order number, and selected product, in addition to your preferred color choice and loved ones name for the authentication certificate. 

To ensure the safe and timely arrival of your materials, it is advisable to place these precious ashes  within a padded envelope and utilize Royal mail special delivery service, which offers tracking and tracing capabilities to -
